Tournament registration is $20 to play.
The BackChat podcast has organised a once-off 2024 Nationals t-shirt as well, and are offering them to players for an extra $35 each. Note that these will go on sale to the general public for $60, so this $35 offer is for players only. If you wish to order a shirt, select the 'registration + BackChat t-shirt' option and indicate your size preference. Note that you will be able to try different sizing on the day, but the BackChat team will put aside the shirt sizes indicated to ensure they're available.
Tournament details
Location: E&D Litis Stadium, 41 Britannia Rd, Mount Hawthorn WA 6016
Start time: Players are expected to be at the venue by no later than 8.30am, with final set ups, introductions, house-keeping and warm-ups all to be completed by the 9.30am start time.
End time: Estimated to be 6.30pm
Fixture: This can be located on our social media pages, but will consist of single-set lightning round robin games, before moving into best-of-three qualifying final and semi-final matches, culminating in final placement matches.
Post tournament: Location to be announced
Pre-tournament: The premiere of BackChat's short documentary First Serve, about the inaugural Western Australian fistball team and their entry into the 2023 Australian National Fistball Championships, we be presented upstairs in The Red Room, at The Leederville Hotel on Friday evening (6pm to 8pm). All players are welcome to attend, as this will serve as the initial meet and greet for the tournament.
